Saoud is the Co-Founder of UAE-is. He was a Manager of Diplomatic Affairs in Etihad Aviation Group, also Vice Chairman of Etihad Youth Council.
Saoud is a board member of “TheGoodball” a charity organization raising funds by football. Member of the official FCBarcelona Penya Club in UAE. Served as Vice Chairman of UAE national club in the American University in Dubai where he graduated from with a Bachelors in Business Management.
Eyal is the founder and the CEO of ISRAEL-is since 2017. He was listed as one of the “Forbes 30 under 30” in Israel in 2019.
Today Eyal leads the largest international affairs Non-Governmental Organization in Israel for young ambassadors with more than 35,000 members in the last three years.
Norah is the Co-Founder of UAE-is. She has been managing many projects in different sectors. But she was always interested in media and communication.
Her passion showed and revealed itself when the Abraham Accord peace treaty took place and her enthusiasm shown and shine when she modeled for the UAE Israel flag picture across Burj khalifa. She knew then that things will never be the same and it is all media and creativity from now on.
Rotem Sharon – CO-Founder
Rotem is the head of the UAE-ISR Partnership at ISRAEL-is. She is currently an MA student for organizational consulting at the IDC, also graduated from the Hebrew University (Political Science, Communications & Journalism). Rotem used to work at the spokesperson’s office of President of Israel Reuven Rivlin and served as a “tugboat commander” in the navy’s rescue unit.
Additionally, Rotem was an active player in strengthening the relations between young Israelis to the jewish communities in the US and in south america on behalf of the Jewish Agency and “Taglit-Birthright” organizations.
Yusuf is the first Bahraini to join the Leaders of Tomorrow’s Initiative. He is currently studying in the field of Hotel management and Tourism, Yusuf has seen the potential of Young minds collaborating together to fill gaps of knowledge, improve each other and learn the best each of us has to offer.
In addition, spending the few independent years he’s had getting a solid beat on the ever expanding Bahraini hospitality and culture both in it’s day and nightlife.

With 18 years of experience in more than 10 different industries and a track record of success in setting up, building, growing and leading performance-driven enterprises in both the public sector and private sectors as well as nonprofit NGOs by leveraging organizational strengths and the available resources.
Mor is a marketing professional with experience in public diplomacy affairs. He served as a Jewish Agency emissary in universities in the United Kingdom working with universities in Scotland, Manchester, Liverpool, London and Cambridge.
Mor’s has 10 years of professional background in the advertisement and journalism industries.
